Prescient Haikus?

Time is growing short
Democrats must soon decide
Barack or Clinton.

It may be too late
To mend the broken bridges
McCain is laughing.

The good pastor Wright
Said God damn the USA
Barack is sinking.

Barack's acolytes
Keep him alive on YouTube
He should be grateful.

Hillary's spouse Bill
May cause another scandal
She must be sweating.

McCain and Iraq
He is known as "Mr Surge"
He could win on this.

Back in the White House
George is a man of the past
What next will he do?

He may start a war
Assisting friend John McCain
To win in the Fall.

Reading through these haikus, as well as the other pieces you've posted in your blog, leads me to believe you're a genius, so brilliant are your pieces.

I have a hunch that you are, in reality, a world-famous luminary in the journalistic, literary, or academic milieus, but you wish to write anonymously so that readers of this blog can concentrate solely on what you write, without being distracted by the fame attached to your name.

I thus feel privileged to have stumbled upon your blog, and to read your offerings, since they are the product of your undoubted genius.

Would that I were a world-famous luminary, Klaus, but unfortunately I'm not, and I never will be.

Others of my readers have left comments similar to yours, saying that my writings are the product of genius.

Unfortunately no-one I know in person thinks I'm a genius. They consider me, rather, a dolt.

This is why no-one I know personally, whether friend or mere acquaintance, reads this blog. I mean, why should they? since they would have better things to do than read the writings of someone they consider a dolt.

On the other hand, being doltish themselves, they wouldn't have the capacity to recognize a genius if they see one.

Yes, I just may be a genius. But what good is it if no-one who I interact with in person can see this?

Hi Christopher,

I hope this is not too inappropriate for your comment section but you had stopped by awhile ago at my former outlet, Anything They Say, to offer some fine advice. I just wanted to pop in to say hi and let you know about my new webrant zone:

www.shockfront.org

The introductory post was the start, with a short movie I made:

It would be great if you stopped in on occasion. Keep up the good work here!

Cheers,
